Karlsplatz, not a square but an area, Künstlerhaus and Wien Museum

Otto Wagner did not describe Karlsplatz as a square, but as an area. Located in Wieden, the oldest suburb of Vienna, the square reflects an important part of Vienna's history. Together we explore the Künstlerhaus from the inside, the baroque Karlskirche, the masterpiece of star architect Johann Bernhard Fischer von Erlach, and the technical university. After the reopening, the Vienna Museum is of course a must. We take a look inside the museum, look at some of the extensive collections and then enjoy the view from the terrace!

End of the tour: a drink from the terrace or in winter time mulled wine together at the Christmas market.
