GDPR

Declaration on the duty to inform

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to me. I therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of my website.

Contact with me

If you contact me using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by me for twelve months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. I will not pass on this data without your consent.

Social Media Plug-Ins

To prevent data from simply being forwarded to social networks or platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, etc), only the URL of the currently visited page is appended to the URL of the respective share scripts for the social media shares used. This means that no data is automatically sent to the social network.

Data protection declaration for the use of Facebook plugins (Like button)
Plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated on this website. You can recognise the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like button" ("Like"). You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ When you visit this website, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plugin. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited this site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like" button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of the page on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to this page with your user account. I would like to point out that I, as the provider of the page, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. You can find more information on this in Facebook's privacy policy at http://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.
If you do not want Facebook to be able to associate your visit to this site with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

Privacy policy for the use of Google +1
Collection and dissemination of information:
With the help of the Google +1 button, you can publish information worldwide. Via the Google +1 button, you and other users receive personalised content from Google and our partners. Google stores both the information that you have given +1 for a content and information about the page you were viewing when you clicked +1. Your +1s can be displayed as notices together with your profile name and photo in Google services, such as search results or in your Google profile, or elsewhere on websites and ads on the internet.
Google records information about your +1 activities in order to improve Google services for you and others. In order to use the Google +1 button, you need a globally visible, public Google profile, which must contain at least the name chosen for the profile. This name is used in all Google services. In some cases, this name may also replace another name you used when sharing content via your Google Account. The identity of your Google profile may be displayed to users who know your email address or have other identifying information about you.Uses of the information collected:
In addition to the uses explained above, the information you provide will be used in accordance with Google's applicable privacy policy. Google may publish aggregate statistics about users' +1 activities or share them with users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers or affiliated websites.

Comments and posts

To track comments with illegal content, your IP address is stored when you leave a comment. This is done for my protection, as I am otherwise responsible for the content.

Cookies

My website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

I use cookies to make my website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable me to recognise your browser on your next visit.

If you do not wish this, you can set your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of my website may be limited.

Web analysis

My website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics from Google Inc, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated by this about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored.

I have concluded a corresponding contract for commissioned data processing with the provider.

Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised by deleting the last 8 bits. This means that only a rough localisation is possible.

The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission ("Privacy Shield").

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

My concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of my offer and web presence. Since the privacy of my users is important to me, the user data is pseudonymised.

Google Analytics Supplement

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. In addition, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) by Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

You can prevent the collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link.
An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent future collection of your data when visiting this website.

For more information on terms of use and data protection, please refer to the Google Analytics Terms and Conditions or the Google Analytics Overview. I would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure anonymised collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

reCAPTCHA

To protect your requests via internet form I use the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google Inc. (Google). The query serves to distinguish whether the input is made by a human being or abusively by automated, machine processing. The query includes the sending of the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and further used there. However, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha will not be merged with other Google data. The deviating data protection regulations of the Google company apply to this data. You can find further information on Google's data protection guidelines at: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/
